Automotive Photography in St. Moritz & the Alps
Editorial photography for classic car owners, collectors, rallies and automotive events — capturing the car, the person behind it and the atmosphere around it.
A collector car is rarely just an object. It carries design, memory, engineering, taste and personal attachment. My approach is to photograph the complete world around it — the owner, the road, the light, the details, the location and the moments in between.
The result is a curated editorial image story for private collectors, classic car events, garages, clubs, magazines, hotels and automotive brands.
For owners who want more than clean images of their car. A private editorial session combines portraits of the car, the owner, the location and the details into one cohesive visual story. Ideal for classic cars, youngtimers, sports cars and personal collections.
For rallies, concours-style gatherings and automotive events where the story is larger than the cars themselves: movement, people, access, details, weather, spectators and the rhythm of the event.
For garages, clubs, hotels, tourism partners and automotive brands that need refined visual content for websites, campaigns, press, social media and editorial communication.
A winter editorial built around a rare Porsche 993 Turbo S, the Engadin landscape and the quiet personality of its owner. The focus was not only the car itself, but the atmosphere around it: cold light, red interior details, mountain silhouettes, reflections, silence and character.
Created for: private collector editorial
Focus: car, owner, details, alpine location, winter atmosphere
Deliverables: curated editorial photo story
At winter automotive events, the story is not only on the track. It is in the movement, the spectators, the details, the mechanics, the weather, the fashion and the surreal contrast between rare cars and alpine snow.
Need event coverage with atmosphere, not just documentation?
From mountain passes to historic Italian streets, summer automotive stories have a different rhythm: warmer light, longer roads, village architecture, motion blur, evening atmosphere and the human rituals around classic cars.
Plan a rally, road trip or editorial story
We define the purpose of the shoot: private collection, editorial story, event coverage, social content, website, press material or brand campaign.
For private shoots, I help plan the location, light and route — from alpine roads and frozen lakes to quiet village streets, garages or mountain passes.
The shoot combines portraits, full-car images, details, movement and atmosphere. Video can be added when the story needs more rhythm and motion.
You receive a curated selection of edited images ready for private use, publication, web, social media or campaign communication. Commercial usage can be discussed depending on the project.
Private collector editorials, event coverage and commercial projects vary depending on access, location, usage, travel, number of cars, timing and whether video content is included. Share the car, the event and the purpose of the images, and I will suggest the right structure.
