The purpose of the data processing is to establish contact through the Website in order to use my services, i.e. to enter into a contract, and to perform the contract concluded once contact was established.

No agreement is concluded between you and me by submitting the contact form, the contract on the use of my services is concluded when the contract is signed by both parties, therefore processing is based on Article 6(1)b) of the GDPR, meaning processing is necessary in order to take the steps requested by you prior to contracting, then if the contract is concluded, for the performance of the contract to which you are a party.

Data are processed until the completion of the purpose of processing, i.e. the frustration of the contracting, or if the contract is concluded, then for 1 year after the performance of the contract, following that the data are deleted, unless I am required to retain them under the law.

10.   Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

 

If IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps to visually display geographic information. Using this service will show you our location and make it easier to get there.

 

As soon as you call up the sub-pages in which the Google Maps map is integrated, information about your use of our website (e.g. your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Google Maps and thus also the map display on this website cannot then be used.

My website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) from the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition “Social Plugin from Facebook” or “Facebook Social Plugin”. If you access a page on my website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the page. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.

The data processing operations described are carried out in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of Facebook’s legitimate interests in the display of personalized advertising in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on my website and to design the service to meet their needs.

You may access your data, request a copy and the rectification or update thereof at any time. Pursuant to the right to access, you have the right to receive information about the following:

d)    the data are unlawfully processed;
e)    your data have to be erased for compliance with the law.

If I have to erase your personal data subject to your request, I will record the erasure of the data in anonymised minutes which I will store for accountability reasons, however, no personal data related to you will be further processed by me.

 

15.4   Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your data if
a)    you believe that the data stored in relation to you are not accurate; or
b)    the processing is unlawful, but instead of requesting their erasure you request the restriction of their use instead;
c)    I no longer need your personal data for the purpose(s) they were originally collected for, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or
d)    you have objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the processing override your legitimate grounds related to objection.
