Some events are less about the cars than everything happening around them.

The 2026 British Classic Car Meeting in St. Moritz started with exactly that kind of atmosphere: tennis, summer evening light, conversations between old friends and naturally a collection of British classics never too far away.

Instead of trying to document every car and every moment I wanted to stay closer to the people. Small gestures, portraits, details and those slightly imperfect in-between moments that give an event its character.

A little direct flash helped push the photographs away from traditional event coverage and towards something more editorial. Somewhere between a summer gathering in the Alps and the pages of an old motoring magazine.

Because ultimately classic car culture isn’t only about machines.
